as well as administering policies, procedures, functions, and activities of the Coop.
This position requires the ability to independently handle a wide variety of administrative support tasks and have a positive attitude.
Attention to detail, time management, and good communication skills.
Position reports to the Controller.
Essential Functions:
Process customer payments daily Set up new customer accounts and validate application packages Organize & scan AR documents Assist Credit Mgr and AR as needed Sort incoming mail/materials & prepare outgoing mail Answer main switchboard & route incoming calls Provide excellent customer service & greet in person visitors Assist others in Finance Dept and Rockingham Cooperative as needed.
Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent team player, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.
Proven ability to interact well with others.
Strong multitasking skills & ability to prioritize a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
