Job duties of the RN Team Lead include, but are not limited to, leading the nursing staff, rooming patients, taking vitals and patients' chief complaints, and assisting providers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:Graduate of accredited program for registered nurses required.
Experience:Two (2) years experience in a physician office required. 10 years as a registered nurse and 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registration:Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia required. Current AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
Other Minimum Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication skills. Basic computer skills required to be able to utilize electronic patient records, budget and personnel software. Strong problem solving skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
